Return and Refund Policy

At AMF Parts by Automotive Manufacturing LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to ensure a smooth process:

1. Incorrect or Defective Parts

If you receive the incorrect or a defective part, please contact us immediately at AMFparts@autobodyman.com with your order number, picture of incorrect or defective parts and details about the mistake. We will send you the correct part or product as soon as possible. Case dependent, we may provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item.

2. Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).
  • Return parts must be properly packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping. Damaged parts will not qualify for a return and will need to be disputed with the shipping company.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at AMFparts@autobodyman.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number that is to be used when shipping the parts.
  3. You are responsible for securely packaging the parts to prevent damage during shipping. UPS shipping insurance is recommended so in the event the shipping company loses or damages the product you may seek repayment from the shipping company.
  4. Ship the item vis UPS shipping with your name as the sender to:

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your parts refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.

5. Damaged Items

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact UPS directly to report the damage and file a claim. As the shipping carrier is responsible for the condition of the item during transit, UPS will guide you through the claims process.

6. Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
